Offer-optimization is the real ingredient behind the success of 8, and 9 figure brands.
Sure, they may have great ads... but great ads don't win sales.
It's a great offer that wins the sale... and generates a sufficient profit that you can feed back into your ads.
This is why I tell struggling founders that an equal time invested in their ads should be spent invested in improving their offers and testing new ones.
Most founders religiously test new ads.
But it's extremely rare —— and I mean 1 in 20 calls I have — to speak to a founder who also religiously tests new offers.
Black Friday and Xmas is often the only time of the year most founders actually sit down and reposition their offer differently...
Yet, it's often just a lazy price discount and a few "black-themed" banners added to their store.
No, no, no.
If you want to scale like a 9 figure brand — you must act like a 9 figure brand.
9 figure brands — get to being 9 figure brands — through relentless offer testing.
I should know, as I've helped a few get there.
So, here's what I recommend you test:
Come up with two new offers you can test.
Your goal should be to raise AOV, CVR, or to get more people on your MRR subscription plan.
Whatever the goal — define it, and craft 2 high-perceived-value offers.
High-perceived value is the key word.
If it's not high-perceived value — it won't scale.
Do NOT slap a massive discount on there — as this motivates people to buy on price rather than on the value they ought to perceive.
Yes, it requires actual creative thinking — but when these things win, they will make you the big bucks.
